Would it please be possible to lift the cap on account creations on
en.wikipedia, fr.wikipedia and commons from 139.124.3.0/24 for the period from
Wed 2014-11-05 17:00 UTC to Thu 2014-11-06 02:00 UTC?
I am organizing a small editing sprint during the JNCF 2014 workshop, see
http://www.lifl.fr/jncf2014/edt.html. I expect at most 70 participants. We will
most probably all be behind the same IP address, but I am not sure which,
that's why I am requesting an IP cap lift for the whole subnet...
