If some bug number shouldn't have been auto-linked, it should be possible to find out what it is. That could happen for phrases such as "Mozilla bug 123456" or wikilinks (<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65779> vs. <https://bugzillapreview.wmflabs.org/T3084>).
