Something to keep in mind: When auto-linking the tasks, the original bug number 
should be retained somehow. If some bug number shouldn't have been auto-linked, 
it should be possible to find out what it is. That could happen for phrases 
such as "Mozilla bug 123456" or wikilinks 
(<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65779> vs. 
<https://bugzillapreview.wmflabs.org/T3084>).

So in cases where someone had referred to a particular comment on a bug, you 
expect everyone who wants to read the comment to count down from the top of the 
page to find it? I suppose that to some extent that would still be an issue 
even with auto-linking (off-site references)...
