Omegat added a comment. I am facing the same problem as jayvdb. I have to publish my proposal at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/FOSS_Outreach_Program_for_Women/Round_9#Candidates and wish to gain access to the proposal I submitted at https://opw.gnome.org/. However I get the fatal error message.
