Hi, I am an admin Mayur kumar from hindi wiki.Like other wiki projects, In Our
project a blocked user have no right to edit their talk page for unblocking
request.Niether admins can give or takeback this right from a blocked user.But
it is very necessary because without it a blocked user can request for his
unblocking and admins will be unaware of it.So our community wants to Grant
admin to permit a blocked user to edit his talk page.community consensus is
given in the
