I attempted to create a 2 question (multi option) global poll with approval
voting. When I did so and pressed 'create poll' it hung for a while before
going to an error page (see attached screen shot). It's possible this is
happening for all polls but given the recent test polls created (but local
only) I'm currently working under the assumption this is a global poll specific
bug.
The error gives the internal error screen and the message:
Cannot contact the database server. Can't connect to MySQL server on
'208.80.154.18' (4) (208.80.154.18))
