current jump screen from a remote wiki to go to a vote wiki
Right now the jump text (jump-text) (where they would normally be warned that
they are about to be transferred to another wiki and to press the button) has
no place to be set. This means that the only way to change the text (by default
it just shows the message name, see attached image) is by setting the
translation through the interface. However that also has issues (will file
another bug for that) because setting the text (or a translation) on the
control wiki does not update the translations or text on any other.
Expected: You should be able to set the jump-text, probably as a field that
only appears when the election is 'not local' (and so needs jump-text) so
either on another wiki or global.
