Please create the following namespaces for Danish Wikisource (da.wikisource)
for using the proofreadpage extension:
Page = Side
Page talk = Sidediskussion
Index = Indeks
Index talk = Indeksdiskussion
Regarding namespace numbers, I think we would get consistency with other
wikisources with:
Page is 104/105
Index is 106/107
I've added the link to corresponding discussion on the local village pump.
