Hello, I [[:en:User:ESM]] will be giving a workshop on how to edit Wikipedia
for secondary school teachers next Thursday 30th October (please excuse me for
the short notice). I would appreciate it if there could be a temporary lift of
the IP cap so as the attendees could create user accounts.
