How would any reporter be confused by some entries (or not) in some CC list?

"Remove account X from default CC lists as X has left WMF so the address of X
does not work anymore" is just a complete waste of time. Also see bug 72147.

An address ending in @gmail.com is clearly a private address because no company
controls your access to it. How it's used by its owner is a different question.

That ticket was also pretty unclear as I expressed in a comment there.
