Page options drop down horizontal scroll bar
Steps to reproduce:
1. In IE 11 in full screen- open any page for edit in VE.
2. Click on Page option icon - the drop down menu options will be displayed
partially and a horizontal window scroll bar will be displayed.
The screenshot is attached.
The bug is somewhat similar to 56713(also, to 72592).
