To reproduce:
1. Edit the Hebrew Wikipedia article about Haifa:
https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%97%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%94?veaction=edit
2. Click the infobox on top left.
Observed: The pop-up puzzle bubble for editing the template appears to the left
of the infobox, goes off-screen and creates a horizontal scroll-bar.
Expected: The pop-up puzzle bubble must appear in a visible convenient place.
