To reproduce, edit an old version of a Hebrew Wikipedia article, e.g.:
https://he.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=ASCII&oldid=15904477&veaction=edit
The popup with the edit notice about editing an old version appears
immediately. It's misaligned and shown mostly out of screen.
