* Document contains lots of text. The last two lines are a heading, then one
line of body.
* Place the cursor at the end of the final line, and hit the delete key.
Nothing is deleted, instead the cursor is moved to the end of the previous
(heading) line. Another delete keydown will start deleting the heading.
