https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/119941/
* parsoidsvc-php-parsertests
* mwext-Wikibase-client-tests (and probably all of the Wikidata tests actually)
These jobs are not using zuul-cloner to setup the initial MediaWiki checkouts.
