That's why I didn't look at it, since I got stuck at the first stage. Thta's all unnecessarily confusing. At the second link, I see it starts with: "Join Wikimedia Phabricator using your Wikimedia Single User Login (the account you use for mediawiki.org, Wikipedia...). If you don't have one, get one.
