I eventually found an article page (Wikipedia in culture) whose headers now work flawlessly with the pointer interaction. Oddly, it's now experiencing the click touch-to-mouse conversion delay when you use touch interaction. Oh, you don't have a width=device-width in your viewport. Why not?
