Please include a summary of the bug when reporting it here. People are lazy :)

The screenshot that you linked to looks like the content div has an
overflow:auto on it or something like that.

Well this may very well possibly be due to a change in MW core css (or
something else), unless you can point to the exact commit that did it (try git
bisect), or its reproducible in the core skins, or you could at least describe
what's technically different (e.g. By isolating in an html debugging tool which
style is causing the problem), I'm somewhat doubtful this bug will go anywhere.

It should be noted that MediaWiki 1.25 is not the same thing as 1.25wmfX.
1.25wmfX should be considered essentially alpha releases of what will one day,
in about 6 months be MediaWiki 1.25.
