Table cell border does not expand when editing
Steps to reproduce:
1.In VE have a table with content - simple text is ok.
2. Double click in a cell to start edit the cell content - and start adding
more text at the end.
Observed result: When text gets added, the cell blue border(the indication the
original cell size) is stuck and added content gets added outside that blue
border.
