There is text in these forms that can only be seen when selecting.
The same issue as described in bug 72188 applies in VisualEditor; namely that
dark system settings lead to unreadable text in certain forms. This is almost
certainly because the background colour has been defined and the text colour
has been left to the system, leading, in this case, to white text on a white
background.
