Just additional info about the 1.19 emulation in the core test: We define the
version number of the wiki to 1.19 and api.py then thinks the server doesn't
need an explicit continuation parameter (especially as 'rawcontinue' wasn't
supported until afaik 1.24). So outside this warning won't appear in core.
