Course titles are not supposed to include slashes, because slashes are
delimiters between course pages and institution pages and some of the code uses
the number of slashes to determine how pages are handled and what their titles
are.
However, slashes can enter the title of a course page if entered in the 'term'
field. This results in a course for which Special:Enroll (at least) is broken.
Slashes should not be allowed in the 'term' of a course.
