We end up changing the same old mailing list configuration options each time we
create a new list... and when we don't, we have new admins not understanding
what's wrong or how to fix it.
Please change the following default configuration setting(s) in mm_cfg.py (you
can read the defaults in Default.py):
DEFAULT_REPLY_GOES_TO_LIST = 1 // This makes replies go to the list by default.
Cary, is there anything else we normally change that we want to be changed by
default? As a reminder, this is just the defaults, individual list admins can
still override the default if they want.
