Edit any page in beta labs e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Media_Interface_VisualEditor_Test?veaction=edit
Perform some action, for example highlight text and indent some.
Click Save page and then click Resume editing from the Save modal dialog.
Upon returning to the edit page, VE edit tools should be enabled but are not
enabled. User must click again in the CE area to enable edit tools.
