Update the default index template in
modules/logstash/files/elasticsearch-template.json of operations/puppet.git to
match the current running config.
Also consider updating modules/logstash/manifests/output/elasticsearch.pp to
manage the template since we now have a version of the logstash plugin which
supports doing so. The downside of hooking it into puppet management is that we
will have a harder time making ad-hoc changes, but the upside is that we will
have a harder time making ad-hoc changes. :)
