Summary: Images for and are confusing on enhanced
                    toolbar.
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: any
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: trivial
          Priority: Normal
         Component: UsabilityInitiative
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected],
                    [email protected]
            Blocks: 24493

Although there are A+ and A- buttons aside, A^ and Av buttons are confusing -
they rather imply changing of font size than inserting sup/sub.

Images like
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6a/Button_sup_letter.png and
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/aa/Button_sub_letter.png should
be used instead where the "X" should be normal and "2" bolded to emphasize the
important part of the image. Such images are common in random editors so people
are used to them rather than to those there now.
