Steps to reproduce:
1. In VE insert a table and type some text in several cells.
2. Using keyboard(arrow keys) try to move in the cell.
On each click of arrow keys produces: The errors TypeError:
surfaceView.getNativeRangeBoundingClientRect is not a function.
