The test collapse.feature no longer reflects the actual intent or behavior of
Flow. Also, it is written in a way that makes it difficult to change or
refactor.
Rather than try to polish the existing code, I suggest we re-write the collapse
test from scratch to be simple, meaningful, and to use the browser test
framework properly.
