As a logged in user, click the Watch star on any page, e.g.

Succeed.
Click the green watch star. Nothing happens. Repeatedly clicking the green
Watch star yields the message "Please wait, watch action is taking longer than
expected"
Not seen in Chrome, only Firefox.
