Flow.php has the MIT license (or a close variant) at the top. However,
Flow.alias.php has GPLv2 (or later) and the COPYING file is GPLv2 (the latter
automatically appears at
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Version/License/Flow too).
I'm assuming it's supposed to be GPLv2 or later.
