To sort out abuse filters and for maintenance on project pages and at
[[Special:Tags]], it would be useful to have a magic world indicating the flags
of abusefilters : whether they are hidden from public view, enabled or deleted.
For example {{#abusefilterflag:hidden|546}} would return true if abuse filter
546 is hidden from public view, false otherwise.
