I've noticed the mediawiki-core-qunit test failing randomly. As an example
<https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mediawiki-core-qunit/31769/consoleFull>
failed and then a recheck immediately after
<https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mediawiki-core-qunit/31773/consoleFull>
passed. Voting tests should be more stable than this I think.
