If I open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Braid_(surgeon)?veaction=edit in
Chrome 38, the viewport initially jumps to the bottom of the page (the
references list). If I press a cursor key, I'm back at the top. If I reload the
page, the problem is not reproducible. Cannot reproduce in Firefox either.
