With GeSHi Version 1.0.8.12 comes a new attribute lang="scl", but the name of
this language is "Structured Text" with shortcut ST (see
http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1753738#sitelinks-wikipedia or IEC 61131-3:2013)
The scl.php should be renamed in st.php and in file 'LANG_NAME' => 'ST'
written.
