On test2, as Selenium_user I deleted the first post on a topic, and 'Selenium
user deleted a comment on "Topic name"' immediately showed up in Topic history
(good). But then I deleted the topic itself, and this doesn't appear in Topic
history, either for Selenium user or regular user (bad).

Both actions show up in board history and in Special:RecentChanges.
(If you try to view this topic and don't have rights to view deleted content,
you get an exception, which is probably bug 73004.)
Also happens on hide. I hid the third post on this topic, then hid the topic,
and "hid topic" doesn't appear in the topic's history:
