Summary: Checkboxes label and submit button next to dropdown
should wrap closer

Screenshot of Special:Watchlist demonstrating the wrapping problem
As shown in the screenshot, the Special:Watchlist legend reduces the space
available for the labels of the various selectors. In particular, the labels of
the "[ ] Invert selection [ ] Associated namespace" checkboxes wrap, and the
submit button with them.
A wrapped label is not at all clear and the submit button, placed near the
beginning of the line, doesn't clearly convey the information that it applies
all of the selectors above it.
I think the solution would simply to start the wrapped line after the
horizontal line where the namespace dropdown ends, so that the selectors and
submit button are kept in a limited rectangular region in the centre-right.
