At https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:S64fr088e1i5g730
the link in the "Edited November 14, 2014 3:46 PM" just goes back to the topic
(a selflink).
It should go to the topic-history, i.e.
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Topic:S64fr088e1i5g730&action=history
Similarly, in Board view, the edited-timestamp links currently go back to the
Board (but should go to the topic-history).
