It is not obvious to a user what is going on when they press a form button or edit with form. Before it would say "Add Person" or "Edit Person". Now it just says Special Page. I have a lot of forms in the system, so all of them now just saying "Special Page" instead of the specified add title/edit title is causing confusion. If this regression could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated.
