Hi, I'm posting this request on behalf of the https://ca.wikiquote.org admins.
They want to bring VisualEditor to their users. We have discussed this idea,
and I see no problem at all. At the end, most articles there have a very simple
structure with initial paragraph, some pictures, and then the same template
used always for adding quotes.
I would be happy to help adding template data to the templates affected, and
act as bridge in this test.
