I have gone ahead and reverted, removing the collection extension from hiwiki.
Since it is not working, I rather folks not use it and be disappointed. I am
going to reassign this bug to the PediaPress development team, and show that it
is blocked by Bug 17766. Once the core rendering in the software is repaired,
they can assign it back to me for final completion.
If the consensus for the vote is archived, please try to update the bug with
the new link!
