With Internet Explorer 8, when you choose the "justify paragraphs" option under
Preferences->Appearance, the outline that appears when you click on a link is
out of position to the left. It seems that it is outlining where the link would
have been had full justification not been enabled. See screenshot for a better
idea of what I am describing. I only get this behavior in IE8, not in Firefox
or Chrome.
