Actually when you see Special:GlobalUsers you see the global account username,
if it is globally locked or not, the global groups the user is in (if any) and
if it exist locally on the project you are viewing the special page or not. It
would be helpful to add a link to Special:CentralAuth for every account
[http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CentralAuth&target=$1 -
where $1 is the accountname], viewable by stewards and other users with the
'centralauth-lock' permission (locally or globally); for work improvement.
Something like:
* Dferg (exists locally, steward) (CentralAuth)
