Steps to reproduce:
1. Create [[MediaWiki:Techtest]] with text "bug"
2. Create [[Test]] with text {{int:techtest}}
3. Purge [[Test]], "bug" is displayed
4. Move [[MediaWiki:Techtest]] to [[Techtest]], with suppressredirect
5. Purge [[Test]], "bug" is displayed
6. Create [[MediaWiki:Techtest]] with text "b"
7. Delete [[MediaWiki:Techtest]]
8. Purge [[Test]], "<techtest>" is displayed
Expected:
In Step 5, "<techtest>" is displayed (as if the message was deleted).
