           Summary: Further internalization of #time
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: any
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: ParserFunctions
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

At this time #time already supports such cool things like genetive form of
month name (for Slavic languages as well). Unfortunately this is a one-way
i18n. I can pass 4.08.2010 and it will give me "4 жніўня" for {{#time:j
xg|4.08.2010}}, but it won't work in reverse-mode, i. e. if I would pass
{{#time:d-m|4 жніўня 2010}}, it won't give me '04-08' back.

As I understand, now time function is realized through PHP functions. Will be
such method (i18n-input) implemented or is it real to be implemented?
