There's an active mailing list for the Sakha Wikipedia (
http://sah.wikipedia.org ) . It is written mostly in Russian and Sakha. It
works through the Russian commercial website http://subscribe.ru/ .
This is a request to create a new list for the Sakha Wikipedia on the Wikimedia
server.
Requested name of the mailing list: WikiSah-l
Reasoning/explanation of purpose (and community consensus, if applicable): A
poll on the mailing list itself (see below) showed that the members support
creating a new list on the Wikimedia server, because subscribe.ru doesn't
support Unicode (which is important for Sakha) and has other technical
