Summary: Links table don't get updated when I try to create a
new redirect page with API

A newly created redirect page though index.php could automatically add its page
name to its target's links table. So we can view the redirection in
[[Special:Whatlinkshere/Target page]].
But seems behaviors of api.php are different with index.php. When I create a
new redirect page with api.php, such page name would not be add to the target's
links table.
For example: [[zh:Special:Whatlinkshere/User:PhiLiP/童话]]. I create
[[zh:User:PhiLiP/童話]] thought API, and [[zh:User:PhiLiP/ft]] with index.php.
And you can see in the links table, only the last one was added.
