[[:m:Sep11wiki]] is currently offline (since at least two weeks ago, and maybe
months or years).
Now we have a local Wikipedia [[:sep11:]] interwiki to sep11.wikipedia.org and
then we have a redirect to http://www.sep11memories.org :
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} sep11.wikipedia.org
RewriteRule ^/(.*$) http://www.sep11memories.org/$1 [R=301,L]
(http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/redirects.conf)
The current interwiki and the redirect should be removed, if the website is
confirmed to be closed.
Since some content is still available at
http://www.memoryarchive.org/en/Category:9/11 , if page titles are the same we
could then re-add the interwiki to the [[m:Interwiki map]] following the usual
process.
