I created a new book (
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/User:Malafaya/Books/Alice_in_Wonderland ) and
when I viewed the PDF result, every page has at the bottom its wikitext for
interwiki links visible (except the brackets).
This definitely spoils the "professional" look of the book.
