MediaWiki 1.16.0
PHP 5.2.12 (apache2handler)
MySQL 5.0.77
I have edited MediaWiki:Uploadtext (my version
http://en.bmthwiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Uploadtext) but Special:Upload does not
reflect this change. I have also tried editing MediaWiki:Uploadtext/en and
MediaWiki:Uploadtext/en-GB as well just in case that's it (content is
"{{MediaWiki:Uploadtext}}" now). I have refreshed countless times, cleared my
cache, tried different browsers - all to no avail.
All of the documents that I have seen imply that you should be able to edit
MediaWiki:Uploadtext via MediaWiki rather than changing the localisation files.
