Now this was a funny bug.
I've copied the config from another wiki. I've also reused the group name used
on that wiki.
BUT: It never worked on the wiki from which I've copied the config.
Group names must not be longer than 16 characters. "interface_editors" has 17.
That can't work.
In order to fix it, I've now renamed the group to "interface_editor". I hope
this will work now.
