On Commons we have reports that the WikiEditor is no longer loading when people
have switched away from the Vector skin. (These are not people that have
chosen "take me back").
When they edit a page they get: "WikiEditor.combined.min.js:3 TypeError: Result
of expression '$j.wikiEditor' [undefined] is not an object."
